We’re confident you’ll love Total Drive, but if you decide it’s not for you, we offer a full refund policy for your peace of mind.

You can request a refund within 30 days of starting or renewing an annual or biannual subscription, or within 14 days of starting or renewing a quarterly or monthly plan. Refunds are only issued upon request and require termination of your subscription. Simply cancelling your subscription (i.e., disabling auto-renewal) will not end your service or automatically trigger a refund.

Auto-Renew Policy

Our continuous protection service allows us to ensure you are fully protected from harmful threats & viruses with an uninterrupted service.

We often offer promotional discounts and special introductory offers to new customers during their initial subscription term. These special offers and introductory offers are available to new customers only and are valid for the initial subscription term only.

You will receive an email reminder at least 30 days before your renewal charge takes place, notifying you of the charge date along with any applicable changes.

At the end of each subscription period we will auto-renew your subscription for another term (until you cancel) by charging your payment method on file at the then current regular rate.

The current regular rate for our Monthly Total Drive is $9.99. If you wish to opt-out of the automatic renewal you can do so within the billing section of your account, alternatively you can speak with our billing department should you require assistance.
